About the villa

Trullo Agathea is a charming restored panoramic villa surrounded by a peaceful olive grove located in the Eastern area of the Valle d’Itria in Apulia, in the South of Italy.
This construction reveals that not all the “Trulli” were pointed (closed) but some of them, as Trullo Agathea, used to have open cones because they were used to be stables for animals and usually farmers light fire in them. This kind of Trullo were called Trulli Pajari.

Location

The villa is surrounded by olive trees and several green areas of “macchia mediterranea” and has got a unique panoramic view on the Eastern coast of Apulia region (a very unique position considering how flat is the region).
